Other than running and jumping, Klonoa’s main skill is the ability to grab an enemy and use them as either a tool or a weapon. Involves controlling Klonoa - a sort of weird looking cat child with hand-wings for ears - through multiple fantastical, dreamlike settings. Back in the late ’90s, the platforming genre was going through a bit of an identity crisis. Absolutely incredible that two of my favorite games (Klonoa 2 in particular being my outright favorite game of all time) are finally available on modern platforms, and with great remakes as well.
